Arron is an experienced Personal Trainer, Qi Gong Practitioner and Breath work instructor. With 20 years in the wellbeing industry Arron has trained film stars, athletes and clients across the world. He will use his wealth of experience and knowledge to help your teams make the most of our programmes and our services

Rachel is a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health coach. Rachel is passionate about the power of nutrition and lifestyle to transform people’s wellbeing. She will use her approachable and practical style to educate and support your team to acheive their health goals.
