Meet Your Instructors

Rachel Davies

Rachel is a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health coach running a busy 1:1 private practice. Rachel is passionate about the power of nutrition and lifestyle to transform people’s wellbeing. Rachel will use her nutrition toolkit and personalised approach to support you in achieving your health goals and finding a practical, sustainable way of eating to support your long term wellbeing. Rachel is a Mum of two young children and outside of work you’ll likely find her building dens or walking her bouncy cocker spaniel, Roxy.

Arron Collins-Thomas

Arron is an experienced Personal Trainer, Qi Gong Practitioner and Breath work instructor. With 19 years in the wellbeing industry Arron has trained film stars, athletes and clients across the world. He will use his wealth of experience and knowledge to help you make the most of our programmes and our community. Outside of work, you’ll often find Arron jumping into cold water with his men’s group- the Icebreakers- or trekking up a mountain on one of his great charity endeavours.
