The TONIQ Life 10 Week Program is provided by TONIQ Life Limited (“TONIQ Life”) and Rachel Davies Nutrition (“Rachel Davies Nutrition”). It is a 10 week program offering a mixture of nutrition, fitness and wellbeing advice along with one-to-one consultations designed to review and optimise a person’s health. It is delivered by TONIQ Life and Rachel Davies Nutrition to individual Participants.
The TONIQ Life 10 Week Program is not intended to prevent, diagnose, or treat any medical conditions. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice and/or treatment.
The TONIQ Life 10 Week Program is not intended for complex health conditions or challenges or any form of disordered eating behaviours.
The TONIQ Life 10 Week Program is not suitable for you if you:
● Are under 18 years
● Are pregnant/breastfeeding
● Have type 1 diabetes
● Have active cancer
● Have liver disease or hepatitis
● Have an eating disorder
● Have chronic kidney disease
THE PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
You are responsible for contacting your GP about any health concerns.
If you are receiving treatment from your GP, or any other medical provider, you should tell him/her about any nutritional strategy you are undertaking as part of the TONIQ LIfe 10 Week Program.
This is necessary because of any possible reaction between medication and the nutritional programme.
It is important that you tell TONIQ Life about any medical diagnosis, medication, herbal medicine, food supplements you are taking as this may affect the nutritional program. And to notify them in the event of changes to the same.
You should also tell TONIQ Life about any other issue that may be relevant to your suitability to undertake The TONIQ Life 10 Week Program You are advised to report any concerns about the programme promptly to the TONIQ Life for discussion and action.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION:
TONIQ Life shall keep confidential any information which you supply in connection with the 10 Week Health Transformation Programme.
TONIQ Life will use the personal information you provide to:
● Provide the services required of the 10 Week Program
● Process your payment for such services; and
● If you receive our newsletter, to inform you about similar services we provide. You may stop receiving these communications at any time by contacting us or selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of emails.
TONIQ Life will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless required to do so by law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership: All nutrition content, recipes, educational materials, videos, handouts, and any other intellectual property provided as part of the TONIQ Life 10 Week Program are the exclusive property of TONIQ Life and Rachel Davies Nutrition.
License: Participants of the Program are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the provided materials solely for their personal use and educational purposes. This license does not grant the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the materials.
Restrictions: Participants are prohibited from reproducing, sharing, or disseminating the materials in any form, including but not limited to print, digital, or online platforms, without the explicit written consent of TONIQ Life and Rachel Davies Nutrition.
Confidentiality: Participants agree to treat all materials provided as confidential and not to disclose, share, or reproduce them without prior written consent from TONIQ Life. This includes proprietary recipes, formulas, and any other confidential information.
Non-Commercial Use: Participants understand and agree that the materials are intended for personal use only and should not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, promoting, or distributing the materials for financial gain.
Modification and Derivative Works: Participants may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the provided materials without the explicit written consent of TONIQ Life and Rachel Davies Nutrition.
Enforcement: TONIQ Life reserves the right to take legal action against any participant found in violation of these intellectual property terms and conditions to seek damages and injunctive relief.
Termination: TONIQ Life reserves the right to terminate a participant's access to the programme and materials in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
