Over this 10 week course we will educate you on what is right for you to eat and why. We are all different so a generic one size fits all programme won't work for everyone, especially if you have specific health considerations.
Throughout the 10 weeks we will take you through subtle changes week by week so it is manageable and sustainable.
As well as nutrition you will receive gentle movement practice videos, live Q&A's with our nutritionist, weekly emails and support, lifestyle advice, stress management support and much more.
